My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel had a cozy and charming boutique feel to it, and the staff truly went above and beyond to help. However, the rooms were a bit cramped, and I found it quite hot at night. I appreciated the amenities provided by the hotel, like fans and water, but I really missed air conditioning. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I think some improvements could make it much better.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt extremely small and cramped with barely any space to put my belongings. The double bed was very close to the door, which made it a bit uncomfortable, and even though they provided a fan, it just couldn’t keep the heat at bay.
Service

The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Their friendly demeanor made the experience more enjoyable.
Location

The hotel was perfectly situated just a few minutes' walk from the center of Galway, making it super convenient for exploring the area. However, being opposite a janitor's room filled with cleaning equipment wasn't the most pleasant aspect.
Dining

Breakfast at the Lane was quite early, especially after a long night out, and the dining area felt a bit small. However, the gourmet products served were definitely a highlight.
Facilities

While the hotel had some decent amenities, I did feel that additional features would really enhance the experience. For example, air conditioning would have made a big difference in comfort.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which is ideally situated just a short walk from Eyre Square and numerous dining options. The room was clean and tidy, making it a good choice for a one-night stay. However, the cleaning supplies outside my room left a bit to be desired in terms of smell. Overall, it offered decent value for the price, but I did notice a few areas that could use improvement.

My stay at this boutique hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were notably clean and equipped with comforts like a handy little fridge. Service was exceptional, with staff really caring about their guests. However, the dining options could use some improvement. The location was fantastic, placing me right next to great local spots. While I got good value for money, I did find the Wi-Fi a bit inconvenient as it wasn't included.
